The school, as well as benefits, fund salaries. Salaries & benefits are the same as all teachers in the school.

Teachers & assistant are offered a yearly contract with CICS Basil Campus.

Trainings are held on site
Staff also attend CPS sub contracting office trainings
Staff attend the Chicago Metro AEYC conference
Leap Learning Systems also provide curriculum development trainings
